The 39th ISTAF World Sepaktakraw Championship 2026 King's Cup was held at Island Hall in the Island Fashion shopping center in Bangkok on August 7. In the men's four-player takraw final, Thailand's national team squared off against Myanmar. Thailand fielded Ratchan Wipanthu, Wuthinan Khamsena, Suthikhiart Phansaenkaew, and Jirasak Phakbuaengoen, but fell to Myanmar 1–2 sets with scores of 10–15, 15–9, and 10–15. Thailand finished the championship as runner-up in the men's four-player takraw event, while Myanmar claimed the title.
