The Department of Agriculture Extension, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, launched the Thailand Pavilion for GREEN×EXPO 2027, set to run from March 19 to September 26, 2027 in Yokohama. Assistant Minister Piyarat Chaiyaprach said Thailand will showcase not only agricultural products but the full story of Thai farming—from soil and farmers to food, horticulture, herbs, local wisdom, technology, and innovation—emphasizing quality, diversity, and sustainable growth. The expo, an A1‑ranked International Horticultural Exhibition endorsed by AIPH and BIE, is expected to draw over 175 countries and about 15 million visitors. Thailand’s pavilion will be a “living exhibition” blending Thai identity with modern agricultural technology on a 619‑square‑meter space, promoting the theme “Collaboration with Nature: Caring for Life, Cultivating the Future.”
