The accolades span key dimensions of the workplace, from fostering an inclusive and equitable environment and advancing sustainability to developing future-ready skills and harnessing technology and AI to enhance HR management. Together, the recognition reflects GULF’s people‑centric approach to growth and its commitment to creating a workplace where employees are empowered to grow, realize their full potential, and contribute to the company’s long‑term success.

The achievements comprise five awards at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, organized by HR Asia, a leading human resources publication in Asia. GULF was named Best Company to Work for in Asia for the third consecutive year, alongside four category awards for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainable Workplace, Tech Empowerment, and People Transformation. GULF also received the Excellence in Use of HR Tech (Bronze) award at the HR Excellence Awards 2026 Thailand, organized by Human Resources Online, a leading HR media and platform in Asia. Collectively, the accolades underscore GULF’s integrated approach to people management, bringing together organizational culture, people development, sustainability, and technology to build a future‑ready workplace.

The Best Company to Work for in Asia award recognizes outstanding organizations in the region based on their organizational culture, workplace environment, and commitment to supporting employees’ sustainable growth. The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion award reflects GULF’s commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization, while the Sustainable Workplace award recognizes its approach to people management in line with the Group’s commitment to sustainable business practices.
