Gulf Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has secured six human resources awards from two major national and regional ceremonies. The awards cover key areas including creating an open and equitable work environment, promoting sustainability, developing future skills, and leveraging technology and AI to enhance personnel management. This reflects GULF's commitment to people alongside business growth, aiming to build an organization where employees can fully grow and develop their potential.

The achievement comprises five awards from the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, organized by HR Asia magazine, a leading Asian HR publication, led by the Best Company to Work for in Asia award, which GULF has won for three consecutive years, plus four specific category awards: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainable Workplace, Tech Empowerment, and People Transformation. At the same time, GULF also received the Excellence in Use of HR Tech (Bronze) award from the HR Excellence Awards 2026 Thailand, organized by Human Resources Online, a leading regional HR media and platform, underscoring its approach to managing personnel that links corporate culture, people development, sustainability, and technology in a concrete manner.

The Best Company to Work for in Asia award is given to organizations that stand out as the best places to work in the Asia region, evaluated based on corporate culture, work environment, and support for employees' sustainable growth. Meanwhile, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion award reflects the commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and participation. The Sustainable Workplace award reflects the approach to managing employees under the concept of conducting business sustainably within the group.

In terms of preparing personnel and the organization for the future, GULF also received the People Transformation award for the first time, stemming from its approach to upskilling and reskilling future skills to prepare employees for digital-era changes. Meanwhile, the Tech Empowerment award and the Excellence in Use of HR Tech (Bronze) award from the two ceremonies reflect the same direction of applying digital technology and AI to human resources management to improve work efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support executive decision‑making, enabling the HR function to play a key role in supporting corporate strategy and growth. Previously, GULF had won the Excellence in Talent Acquisition award at the HR Excellence Awards in 2022.
