Thailand Sports Authority Opens Applications for New Director
Thailand's Sports Authority is accepting applications for a new Director General to succeed Dr. Kongsak Yodmani, whose term ends September 30, 2026, with a selection deadline of September 2026.
The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) is accepting applications from qualified candidates interested in the position of Director General, to replace current Director Dr. Kongsak Yodmani. With Dr. Kongsak Yodmani's term ending on September 30, 2026, a recruitment process for a new SAT director has been initiated, and Ms. Nattariya Theevivong has been appointed as chair of the selection committee, with the goal of selecting a new director by September 2026.
The SAT has officially opened applications for qualified individuals to be considered for selection. Candidates may submit their applications and supporting documents in person or by proxy to the Human Resources Department, 6th floor, SAT, by phone at 0-2186-7111 extensions 1217 or 7950 between July 15–29, 2026, during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Applications may also be submitted by email to hrm@sat.or.th between July 15–29, 2026, by 4:30 p.m.
Incomplete applications may be supplemented within the application period (by July 29, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.); failure to do so will result in forfeiture of candidacy.
