The weather pattern is driven by a monsoon trough crossing the upper South, East, and lower Northeast, interacting with a strong low-pressure system over central Vietnam, combined with moderate southwest monsoon winds over the lower Andaman Sea, lower South, and lower Gulf of Thailand. Seas in the Andaman and Gulf of Thailand are moderately rough, with waves around 2 meters in the upper Andaman and higher than 2 meters in thunderstorm areas. Fishermen are advised to navigate with caution and avoid thunderstorm zones. For the North: 60 percent chance of thunderstorms with heavy rain in Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phetchabun, and Phrae; low 21-27°C, high 32-37°C; Northeast winds 10-20 km/h. For the Northeast: 70 percent thunderstorm coverage with heavy rain expected in Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, and Si Sa Ket, with very heavy rain in some areas of Ubon Ratchathani; low 22-25°C, high 26-32°C; variable winds 10-25 km/h. For the Central region: 70 percent thunderstorms with heavy rain in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Saraburi, Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, and Ratchaburi; low 23-25°C, high 31-35°C; easterly winds 10-20 km/h.
