Toey Jarinporn reported that her mental state is stable despite feeling shocked by severe online harassment following her breakup with a foreign boyfriend. She announced she is pursuing legal action against the abusive comments and hopes to inspire others facing similar abuse. The actress made the remarks while attending the Siam Paragon Bangkok International Fashion Week 2026 event on October 10.
Toey Jarinporn said she consulted her team and family before deciding to file a complaint against the abusive comments. She expressed satisfaction at standing up for herself and wanted to encourage anyone who faces harassment, stressing that no one should have their dignity violated regardless of gender. She noted that while she is accustomed to public scrutiny, the recent remarks went beyond typical criticism and included sexually suggestive and threatening language that made her feel uneasy. Although she usually avoids reading comments, friends and fans alerted her to the escalating tone, prompting her to review them and recognize the excess. She clarified that while she understands opinions about her personal life, the comments that constitute harassment are unacceptable and have legal recourse. The case is now underway with her legal team handling the monitoring of offending posts.
