TV Producer Kob Pasara Receives Sacred Buddha Relics for Merit-Making
TV producer Kob Pasara is conducting a major merit-making ceremony on Visakha Bucha Day, receiving sacred Buddha relics from two temples to enshrine at Wat Tha Muean Khao in Lamphun Province for public Buddhist worship.
On Visakha Bucha Day 2569 BE, television producer Kob Pasara Techapaibuul, creator of the Channel 7HD drama "Tawan Son Fah," is conducting a major merit-making ceremony by receiving Buddha relics from two temples to enshrine at Wat Tha Muean Khao in Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province, allowing Buddhists to worship together and continue the Buddhist tradition.
Venerable Prom Wachir Bodhi Wongse, abbot of Thai Buddhist Kaya Temple in India and head of the Buddhist missionary delegation for India and Nepal, has appointed Kob Pasara to receive the relics from Wat Suvarnnaphum and Wat Rama IX Kanchanapisek Temple.
From Wat Rama IX Kanchanapisek, Venerable Thep Wachir Sunthon, acting abbot, and Venerable Khru Siri Tham Sar (Luang Por Chaiyan Siri Tham), assistant abbot of the temple, are presenting the Buddha relics for the ceremonial enshrinement with full honors.
