The Medical Tourism Innovation Association has announced a network of 100 organizations launching "Live to 100 Thailand – A National Longevity Community" under the shared vision "100 Partners. One Ecosystem. One Mission." The initiative aims to create a comprehensive health ecosystem encompassing preventive care, long-term wellness, and health-focused tourism by connecting healthcare, fitness, hospitality, insurance, business, education, corporate, media, and community sectors.

The collaboration stems from the belief that building a healthy society cannot be driven by hospitals, clinics, or medical professionals alone, but requires cooperation across multiple sectors. The Medical Tourism Innovation Association serves as a connector, enabling each organization to contribute its expertise, resources, and networks to create measurable health impact at scale.

The core objective is shifting perspectives from "sick care" to "preventive and longevity society" — moving away from treating illness after it occurs toward building understanding, prevention, and health management today to ensure people enjoy better quality of life and longer-term wellbeing.

The heart of Live to 100 Thailand is connecting 100 organizations into a single ecosystem where each acts as a co-creator rather than merely a supporter or participant. Collaboration can span knowledge exchange, health service and program development, customer and community connections, business partnerships, marketing, referrals, content creation, and medical wellness tourism to generate mutual benefit across health, business, and social dimensions.

Under four shared goals — Better Health, Stronger Communities, Greater Connections, and Sustainable Thailand — the initiative launches the "Find Your 100" campaign on September 9. Each partner organization will invite at least 100 people from its network — employees, customers, family, friends, or community members — to begin understanding and managing their own health appropriately.

With 100 partners each engaging 100 people, the target is 10,000 lives taking active steps toward better health, with plans to expand to 100,000 lives. Each person's journey encompasses health awareness, planning, monitoring, and community connection, transforming health checkups into sustained long-term behavioral and lifestyle change.

Live to 100 Thailand will use the Live to 100 Impact Board to track ecosystem outcomes using four key metrics: People Activated (those beginning health management), Health Improvement (health changes and results), Community Growth (expansion and engagement), and other indicators — measuring success by lives changed rather than sales.
