Saeksan Bids Farewell With Knockout Loss at The Inner Circle 30
Saeksan retired from professional fighting in his farewell bout at ONE Championship's The Inner Circle 30, suffering a knockout loss to rival Muang Thai PK in the third round at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.
ONE Championship's The Inner Circle 30 takes place at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium (Rama Intra), featuring Rambo Lek from Chaiyaphum against Yot IQ from Buriram for the vacant ONE Championship Muaythai Bantamweight title. Rambo Lek missed weight and was stripped of his champion status, meaning a victory claims the vacant belt while Yot IQ would win the title with a win. Rambo Lek also agreed to pay a weight penalty to Yot IQ.
In the co-main event, Saeksan from Nakhon Si Thammarat fought his farewell bout in round six against longtime rival Muang Thai PK from Buriram under Muaythai Bantamweight rules. From the opening round, both fighters exchanged heavy combinations of punches and elbows. Late in the first round, Saeksan was caught by Muang Thai's left hook and knocked down for an eight count.
In round two, Saeksan pressed forward with continuous elbow attacks while his legs began to weaken. Muang Thai countered with several punches to Saeksan's face and appeared to have the stronger momentum. By round three, Muang Thai executed a perfect low kick followed by a left elbow, sending Saeksan down. The referee stopped the fight, awarding Muang Thai PK a knockout victory over Saeksan in the third round.
Another notable bout saw Saengaditya face Logan Chan of Scotland under Muaythai Bantamweight rules. The first round saw both fighters exchange combinations. In round two, Logan Chan dominated with strong punches and elbows while Saengaditya noticeably slowed. By round three, both came out swinging hard until Saengaditya was cut above the left eye from elbow strikes. After three rounds, the referee awarded Logan Chan a unanimous decision victory.
Ferrari Fairtex also won by decision against Julio Lobo from Brazil under Muaythai Bantamweight rules.
