93-Year-Old Retired Air Marshal Donates Land to Priest Hospital
A 93-year-old retired Air Marshal donated six land plots to Priest Hospital in September to support medical care for monks and novices in the region.
Air Marshal Special Class Monassiri, 93, donated four land plots to Priest Hospital to support the care of ill monks and novices. On September 22, 2026, Priest Hospital reported that Air Marshal Special Class Monassiri Ampunanthorn, 93, donated four vacant plots of land (three plots of 2 rai each and one plot of 60 square metres) to the hospital. The donation was received by Deputy Director Monhorn Deedwongpun and Senior Sergeant Rewat Sihokaew, head of general administration, who presented thanks and a commemorative gift. Priest Hospital expressed gratitude to Air Marshal Special Class Monassiri Ampunanthorn and her family for their generosity and support, which will benefit the care of ill monks and novices at the foundation's donation centre on September 21, 2026.
