He will discuss the issue as a victim himself, having recently started collecting trading cards but encountered problems with items that were never delivered. Multiple other victims have been identified with strikingly similar patterns of fraud, prompting Chai to use the platform to warn the public about the risks of online commerce.

Chai explained that this issue extends beyond his personal case, suspecting it may be an organized fraud scheme or a new fraudulent business model. He noted that while he initially blamed himself for his lack of caution, he discovered the patterns were too similar across multiple victims to be coincidental. He remains uncertain about recovering his losses and worries that if the case is classified as civil rather than criminal, restitution will be unlikely.

Chai's personal losses amount to hundreds of thousands of baht, while combined losses from a single seller reached approximately 3 to 5 million baht. He estimates total damages across all victims could reach hundreds of millions. Despite having a clear contract with one seller, he still suffered losses, highlighting how even written agreements may not protect buyers from fraud. Chai plans to bring along other victims to the talk show and will be joined by legal experts and cybercrime specialists to answer questions about the classification and legal implications of these cases.
