Charoen Pokphand Group, Arai Ventures Group, and True Corporation have launched AI FOR ALL, a national-level AI Innovation Hackathon powered by Amazon Web Services technology. The competition invites Thai citizens aged 18 and above—whether working professionals, students, entrepreneurs, or members of the public—to form teams and develop AI-powered solutions to address Thailand's most pressing challenges, with total prizes of 500,000 baht available. The initiative aligns with Thailand's broader AI National Mission to upskill 3 million Thai professionals over five years. Participants will learn and develop ideas using AWS tools including Amazon QuickSight, Kiro, and Amazon Bedrock, with selected teams receiving expert mentorship and the opportunity to build prototypes that tackle real-world problems. This represents the largest private-sector AI hackathon ever held in Thailand.
The competition addresses six major national challenges: (1) Education and future skills—reducing educational inequality through accessible learning tools and teacher support systems; (2) SMEs and local economy—solutions for market analysis, sales optimization, and technology access for entrepreneurs; (3) Agriculture and food—data systems for crop planning, yield prediction, and risk management; (4) Health and elderly care; and additional categories designed to encourage innovation that benefits Thai society and economy.
