Bangkok Air Offers Free Ticket Changes After Flooding
Bangkok Airways is offering free ticket changes and travel vouchers for passengers unable to reach airports during severe flooding that disrupted flights on September 25-27.
Bangkok Airways has announced free ticket assistance for passengers unable to travel due to severe flooding and waterlogging across Bangkok and nearby areas, which has disrupted access to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports and affected various flight services. The airline is urging passengers scheduled to fly during this period to allow extra travel time to airports, check traffic conditions, and verify flight status before departure.
For passengers with tickets dated September 25-27, 2569 who were unable to reach the airport due to flooding, Bangkok Airways is offering two options: passengers may reschedule on the same route once without change fees, subject to seat availability and must travel by October 10, 2569; or passengers may opt to receive a travel voucher valid for one year from the document issue date for future travel.
Passengers can inquire for more information by contacting the customer service center at 1771 or 02-270-6699 between 08:00 and 20:00, or via Facebook Inbox at FlyBangkokAir. Bangkok Airways apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks all passengers for their understanding and cooperation.
