Nonthaburi — The Muang Thong Thani condominium in Nonthaburi is facing severe flooding with water levels reaching 60 centimeters, leaving numerous vehicles submerged and causing electrical problems that have triggered car lights to activate on their own.
On September 26, 2569, reporters in Nonthaburi documented how continuous heavy rainfall since the previous day has caused widespread flooding across multiple areas in the province, with rain continuing to fall throughout the day.
By 1 p.m., the Muang Thong Thani condominium had become a major flooding hotspot in Pak Kret District. On-site surveys found that multiple buildings in the C tower complex were surrounded by floodwaters, with the most severe damage in buildings C8 and C9, where water levels exceeded 60 centimeters. The rising floodwaters have submerged parked vehicles, causing electrical short circuits that have left car headlights turning on automatically while the vehicles remain submerged for hours. Security personnel are working to contact vehicle owners to move their cars to higher ground.
