Thai Airports Offer Free Parking During Flooding Crisis
Thailand's major airports are offering free parking to the public during severe flooding, with Suvarnabhumi providing nearly 2,600 spaces and Don Mueang contributing 200 more to ease transportation challenges.
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is opening free vehicle parking at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to assist the public and mitigate the impact of continuous heavy rain and flooding in certain areas. Staff will be on duty around the clock to provide support and ensure safety.
Suvarnabhumi Airport has prepared a total of 2,580 parking spaces, including long-term parking in Zone C (718 spaces) and Zone E (718 spaces), as well as parking zones 5 (455 spaces) and 6 (689 spaces). Additional temporary parking is available along Suvarnabhumi Road 4. Don Mueang Airport has allocated 200 spaces at Cargo Warehouse 4.
