Government Center Extends Free Parking Until October 2
Free parking at Siam Khemsol Government Center's Building D is extended through October 2 to assist flooding-affected residents, with 24-hour availability and shuttle services connecting the complex.
DAD Asset Development has extended free parking at Siam Khemsol Government Center's Building D, levels 3-4, for 24 hours daily until October 2, 2025 at midnight. The company has deployed maintenance staff, engineers, and security teams to monitor safety and building systems around the clock, including water-level checks inside and outside the facility. Shuttle services have been arranged to transport people between the parking building and other buildings in the complex.
On September 28, Theethat Suksasod, managing director of DAD Asset Development, announced the extension was intended to help residents affected by recent flooding. The parking area currently has available spaces. Two shuttle routes operate throughout the day: Route 1 features electric golf carts and pickup trucks running from Building D through Sukhumvit 101 to Buildings B and C, with morning service from 7:30–9:00 a.m. and evening service from 3:30–6:30 p.m. Route 2 connects Buildings B and C from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Several shops and services within the center remain open, including cafes in Building A (Lavaella and Panni Bakery), retailers in Building B (Tops Daily, Betagro, Watsons, Starbucks, Serendipity Coffee, Bella, Madame Mellow sandwich shop, D'oro, Baan Paew dental clinic), and outlets in Building C (Betagro, Black Canyon, S&P, CP Food Court, Fresh Fruit shop, Krung Thai Bank, Tsuruha, and Big Gym).
