Eligible individuals can request aid from two sources: 1) basic living expenses from the government, submitted via the 'Thang Rat' app or district office according to their registered address (weekdays during office hours); 2) damage/repair compensation from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, based on actual loss and supporting documents, submitted through https://claim.bangkok.go.th/ or the district office (weekdays during office hours). Applications must be filed within 30 days of the disaster.
