Billkin announced that he will not accept any birthday presents, whether goods, flowers, letters, or food and drinks. He wants to turn the immense support and love from his fans into real charitable giving for society. The main goal this year is to partner with the Siriraj Foundation’s Surgical Cancer Patient Treatment Fund, which helps financially disadvantaged cancer patients obtain cutting‑edge medical technology. He emphasized that timely treatment is not just a hope but a necessity for many patients. From October 2 to 31, 2026, every donation of 500 baht or more made through the designated fund enters donors into a draw to win an exclusive Billkin 27th Birthday photocard—four designs are available, with one randomly selected per donation, with no limit on the number of chances. The cards will be mailed out starting December 15, 2026. Donors can also contribute conveniently via the foundation’s QR‑code e‑Donation system and may claim double tax deductions according to Siriraj Foundation regulations. In addition to donating, fans can celebrate Billkin’s birthday and spread encouragement using the hashtag #BILLKIN27thEdition on social media, turning their love into light that helps prolong the lives of others.

Professor Criticizes Plan to Replace Sin Tax with General Budget

Professor Burachit Singkaneti opposes a government plan to replace the 2% sin tax with general budget allocations, saying it would benefit alcohol and tobacco interests and harm health‑prevention programs. A former deputy health minister warned the change would weaken disease‑prevention efforts, increase illness, cut public‑health funding and worsen hospital deficits.
