Bolt Deploys 20 Boats, 1,000 Kits for Bangkok Flood Aid
Bolt Thailand has delivered 20 fiberglass boats and 1,000 food‑and‑water kits to help Bangkok residents stranded by flooding. The initiative, backed by the Transport Ministry and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, targets hard‑to‑reach neighborhoods and provides a 24‑hour hotline for assistance. Distribution is focused on Bueng Kum, Prawet, Khlong Sam Wa, Bang Kapi, and Lad Krabang.
The Transport Ministry and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration have joined forces with Bolt to continue flood relief, sending an additional 20 boats together with 1,000 food and water kits to help residents in inaccessible areas. Bolt Thailand Co., Ltd. is sustaining its cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, the Department of Land Transport, and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration under the direction of Deputy Transport Minister Siripong Angkasakulkiat and Department of Land Transport Director‑General Sрапong Phaitoonphong, aiming to enable safe access to essential aid. In this round of support, Bolt donated 20 fiberglass boats with oars and 1,000 food‑and‑water sets worth about 300,000 baht to assist flood‑hit communities, coordinating with Bangkok officials and relevant agencies to distribute aid according to urgency, location, and need. Those affected can request help or inquire about service points via the 24‑hour hotline 1555 or 02‑248‑5115 at the Bangkok Flood Prevention Centre, with initial service covering Bueng Kum, Prawet, Khlong Sam Wa, Bang Kapi, and Lad Krabang districts.
