The Supreme Court has rejected claims that Voravuth Twatdasin, head of the election case division, ever met with a former politician referred to as 'N.' to seek support for a Constitutional Court appointment and assistance with election cases. According to the court's statement on September 23, rumors circulating on social media alleging such a meeting are entirely false. The court confirmed that Voravuth has never traveled to meet the former politician in question. Additionally, although Voravuth currently serves as head of the election case division, he will be reassigned to a different administrative position effective October 1 that has no involvement in election case proceedings at the Supreme Court. Voravuth has authorized the Justice Ministry's case management office to pursue legal action against those who spread the false report, citing damage to his official duties and reputation.
