CP Launches 2026 Stakeholder Forum to Shape Sustainability Goals

Bangkok, 3 September 2026 – Charoen Pokphand Group held the CP Stakeholder Forum 2026 to gather feedback and expectations from diverse stakeholders, aiming to translate their input into concrete business improvements and shape sustainability targets through 2030. The forum reflects the belief that sustainability direction cannot be set by the organization alone, but must begin with listening to understand stakeholder hopes, concerns, opportunities, and priorities affecting business, society, and the environment.

The group presented its 2025 sustainability performance and discussed the theme "From Shock to Strategy: Converting Risk into Business Advantage" before moving to the core of the event—gathering input on sustainability initiatives through 2030 under the Triple Hs framework: Heart (governance, human rights, labor practices, education, inequality reduction), Health (economic value creation, food security, innovation management), and Home (carbon neutrality, circular economy, biodiversity, supply chain audits). The discussions also emphasized identifying collaboration opportunities to move from listening to concrete sustainability outcomes.

Dr. Thirapol Tanomsakdiyu, chair of the corporate sustainability and strategy development committee at Charoen Pokphand Group, said the 105-year-old conglomerate operates across multiple industries in 23 countries and engages with numerous stakeholders including customers, employees, farmers, SMEs, partners, communities, and society. He stressed that listening is a critical mechanism for understanding expectations, identifying successes and gaps, and using stakeholder voices to drive improvements. He added that stakeholder engagement is an ongoing commitment, not limited to this event, and that feedback collected will be analyzed and prioritized into material sustainability issues to set concrete targets, indicators, and operational directions for the group.
