Dream Team Lawyers Defend Court Appearance With Nuch Intruder
Four lawyers defended their court appearance on September 17, explaining they didn't realize an intruder named Nuch had infiltrated their team until media interviews revealed his presence, raising concerns he may have overheard confidential
On September 21, 2026, at the Malinon Building, Prasoet Wiphasorapannont (Lawyer Tuy), Dr. Montchai Jonglairatkul (Lawyer Gaew), Amnuaypon Manee (Lawyer Goong), and Pairsai Ruangreuddee (Lawyer Err) gave media interviews after the Noe Kraeng Straem radio show regarding the Nuch case. On September 17, 2026, at the Civil Court, Lawyer Tuy thought Nuch was Lawyer Gaew's assistant because he sat with Gaew's staff in the courtroom. Lawyer Gaew thought Nuch was Lawyer Err's assistant and believed him to be a lawyer. Lawyer Err understood Nuch to be Tuy's assistant because he sat next to Tuy's staff the whole time. Lawyer Goong thought he knew Lawyer Err because he saw Err with his wife and had met him before. Err had introduced himself as someone who knew people in the entertainment industry whom Goong knew, so Goong saw nothing suspicious. All the lawyers admitted they were not suspicious until the media interview segment.
They questioned whether Lawyer Err initiated the interaction by speaking casually and joking with Nuch. Lawyer Err acknowledged being friendly and jokingly gave Nuch the nickname "Suet Loh," but Nuch called himself "Suet Loh Hit Maw." All lawyers admitted shock when they learned what happened, as during the interview they could see Nuch speaking and acting as if he were part of their team—behavior they view as intimidating because of his constant following. They believe he acted intentionally.
Regarding the audio clip in the Noe Kraeng Straem show where E talks to Nuch instead of Nuch speaking himself, Lawyer Tuy said that from his perspective, it is not true that Nuch invited Lukhamee, as he believes the news photos showed there would be a court case, and checking the court's computer records would not be difficult. Lawyer Goong said he believes Nuch may have overheard because everyone was shouting questions about the throne, and he confirms that Lukhamee did not invite anyone because Lukhamee was with him the whole time.
Lawyer Err warned that such behavior is dangerous, saying Nuch wanted to be friendly with them, but questioned what kind of friendship it was. Regarding concerns about case details leaking, Lawyer Tuy said he is slightly worried because he does not know who Nuch spoke to or what was said, and there are facts the other side does not know that Nuch may have heard. He is not afraid the truth will leak but fears Nuch will twist it for his own benefit.
Regarding Nuch's five-million-baht debt to others, the lawyer said he is ready to help the victim and believes the rights can be transferred under the law. Regarding Nuch's public apology on the show, the lawyers view it as an attempt to escape, but it came too late. The behavior shows Nuch wanted to take photos to display superiority, mislead others, or profit from the situation. They believe he was wrong from the start, but acknowledge that his apology in front of the public program amounts to an admission of guilt and can be used as evidence. Lawyer Gaew said from all Nuch's actions, his misfortune was standing next to him instead of someone else.
