Ex-Police Chief Delivers Aid To Struggling Officer
Former National Police Commissioner Pol. Gen. Adulai Saengsingkaew delivered 20,000 baht and supplies to a struggling officer in Sakon Nakhon Province on July 8, pledging continued support for police facing financial hardship.
On July 8, 2025, former National Police Commissioner Pol. Gen. Adulai Saengsingkaew personally visited to provide encouragement and assistance to Pol. Sgt. Maj. Somjai Chantrangsi, a Police Cadet Class 30 graduate experiencing financial difficulties. He was accompanied by Varangkana Wongmahajai, Social Development and Human Security Officer of Sakon Nakhon Province, and Pol. Col. Theerarak Phosirama, Deputy Commander of Border Patrol Police Region 23.
Adulai distributed 20,000 baht in immediate assistance along with essential supplies including eggs, canned fish, and medicine to relieve the officer's current hardship and provide a financial reserve for living expenses. As the former police commander, Adulai expressed his concern for fellow officers facing difficulties and said he rushed to provide help personally. He also coordinated with relevant agencies to discuss long-term approaches to improving quality of life and ensure continuous, sustainable support.
"As members of the same police family, if anyone faces hardship, we must not abandon them," Adulai stated. "I will work to coordinate with all sectors to provide full assistance, as the saying goes—'We will not abandon one another.'" His visit reflects his ongoing commitment to fellow officers even after stepping down from his position, aiming to ensure those in need receive both immediate relief and long-term care to restore their dignity and quality of life.
