The Government Housing Bank is auctioning over 1,500 properties nationwide on May 5th with discounts up to 40% and zero-interest financing for the first two years.
The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has announced its fourth online used home auction for 2025, taking place on Tuesday, May 5th from 12:00-12:30 PM via the GHB ALL HOME application. The auction will feature over 1,500 quality properties nationwide, including single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, commercial buildings, and vacant land.
The bank is offering three tiered promotions: up to 40% discount off regular prices, an additional 10% discount when completing legal transfer within the specified timeframe, and special 0% annual interest rate financing fixed for the first two years. Interested buyers can view properties through the GHB ALL HOME app or www.ghbhomecenter.com and register with a deposit from now through April 29th at 10:00 PM.
