The auction includes over 13,000 properties nationwide with price reductions of up to 50%, encompassing single houses, townhouses, duplexes, commercial buildings, vacant land, and condominiums. Bangkok and surrounding areas have approximately 1,000 featured properties, including a two-story house in The Centro project in Nonthaburi's Bang Yai district with 56.2 square wah starting at 5.23 million baht, conveniently located near an elevated railway station. Regional properties account for over 12,000 listings, with notable offerings such as a two-story duplex in the Khana Siri Rama 2-Ring Road project in Samut Sakhon starting at 3.75 million baht.

Winners must place a 10,000 baht deposit (or 100,000 baht for properties priced 10 million baht and above) and sign a purchase agreement between September 21 and October 2, 2025. Buyers can access a special zero-interest loan promotion for up to 2 years, and the top 73 bidders by closing price receive complimentary electrical appliances as prizes, subject to bank conditions.
