Thailand Names 12 Volleyball Players for Asian Games 2026
Thailand has named 12 players for the women's volleyball team competing at the 2026 Asian Games in Japan, with the squad opening against Mongolia on September 16.
The Thai national women's volleyball team is preparing for the 20th Asian Games, officially known as Aichi-Nagoya 2026, to be held in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, from September 19 to October 4, 2026. The official Asian Games website has confirmed the 12-player roster for the Thai team, which will face Mongolia in their opening match on September 16. The squad includes Pornprom Gerdprach, Nutthanichcha Jaishan, Pimpichaya Kokkram, Ajcharaporn Kongyos, Tuddao Nuekchaeng, Kanyarat Khunmuang, Kaewkalya Kamulthala, Sasipha Chantavisoot, Varisara Seethalerd, Chatchuon Mokkasri, Piyanucha Paennoi, and Kalyarat Khamvong. Thailand is in Pool C alongside Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, and Chinese Taipei. The opening match against Mongolia is scheduled for September 16 at 2:00 PM Thailand time, and will be broadcast live on PPTV HD 36.
