Thai Housing Bank celebrates its 73rd anniversary with special promotions including home loans at 0.73% annual interest, a September 19 auction of over 12,000 discounted properties nationwide, and cashback rewards for on-time borrowers.
Government Housing Bank (GHB) is launching a comprehensive 73rd-anniversary campaign to help more Thais own homes, with special financing offers covering multiple services. The promotions include home loans starting at just 0.73% annual interest with no appraisal or mortgage registration fees, savings certificates with 1.2% annual interest paid monthly over two years with monthly prize draws worth up to 3 million baht, and a September 19 auction of over 12,000 quality secondhand properties nationwide with discounts up to 50% and zero-interest financing for up to two years.
The bank is also introducing its "73 Years GHB Good Payment Cashback" program, which returns 0.73% of annual interest payments to customers who have consistently paid their mortgages on time for 48 consecutive months. Additionally, GHB Crown account holders can access a special savings account offering up to 1.25% interest and fuel vouchers worth up to 500 baht.
