The Government Housing Bank is offering special benefits to mark its 73rd anniversary through the "73 Years Government Housing Bank – Good Payment Rebate" program. Eligible small borrowers must have at least 10 years of continuous loan payments since contract signing, with no payment defaults or arrears on record, and 48 consecutive months of on-time payments through August 2025 at the bank's required monthly amounts. Qualifying customers will receive a refund of 0.73% of interest paid during 2024, which will be automatically deducted from their September 2025 loan installment. The program aims to reward customer loyalty and reinforce financial discipline in housing loan repayment.
