As one of the major tour operators trusted widely by Thai travel agencies, he coordinates the care of over 300 tour groups traveling to Hong Kong each month. With experience spanning more than 20 years—beginning as a tour guide and learning through countless business challenges—he rapidly built Richworld Wholesale into a thriving enterprise. Over these two decades, Ratchaskal has met numerous fortune-tellers and spiritual practitioners, and has played a crucial role in arranging and introducing various sacred pilgrimage sites throughout Hong Kong to tour groups and teachers. From Skepticism to Openness Through Real Experience
Although Ratchaskal today stands as a guide to spiritual pathways, he was once someone with no belief in fate or religion, and possessed very high self-confidence. "I must admit honestly that when I first worked in this field, I encountered countless fortune-tellers and spiritual practitioners. Because I believed in hard work and self-reliance, I never consulted fortunes or believed in religion at all. As a tour guide, spiritual practitioners would sometimes approach me, and because I was highly confident and quite blunt, I sometimes wondered whether their lives were as good as mine. If not, I didn't want them to speak to me—I thought they should focus on improving their own lives first," he recalled.
A turning point came from working with one particular client. "One day I met a customer. On his first visit to seek spiritual blessings, he was just an ordinary boy who had to carefully count his money in Thai baht even to buy incense for prayer. But after receiving blessings and returning again, he achieved dramatic success in life and became a CEO with a business worth hundreds of millions. That event made me look back at the world around me and seriously study feng shui. I learned deeply and tested it myself. This knowledge never ends. When I studied and saw results and achieved success, leading people to seek blessings today comes from telling and sharing direct experience, along with the knowledge I have intentionally studied throughout my life."
Ratchaskal also shares insights about the diversity among fortune-tellers and spiritual practitioners to encourage people to think critically about what they believe in.
