Influencer Escorts Minor to Police Amid Family Fee Dispute

Influencer Nungtee brought 13‑year‑old Nong Fai Sai to the Pattaya City Police Station after a dispute with the girl’s mother, who demanded 40 million baht to allow him to continue caring for her. Nungtee said he filed a temporary custody record to protect himself from accusations of unlawful detention. The mother works at a spicy‑salad stall and becomes upset when the girl does not help with housework, despite the girl contributing her earnings from product reviews.

At 02:36 a.m. on October 12, 2026, 25‑year‑old influencer Nungtee (Nivathit) accompanied 13‑year‑old Nong Fai Sai to the Pattaya City Police Station to file a daily record as evidence after the teenager clashed with her mother. Nungtee stated that the girl needed temporary care because he feared the mother would accuse him of confinement. He said the mother works at his older brother’s spicy‑salad stall earning 500 baht a day, but becomes upset when Nong Fai Sai does not help with housework, even though the girl spends her earnings from product reviews on the mother.

Nungtee added that the girl becomes agitated whenever he is not present, especially after posting photos with fans without her mother. He contended that the girl’s failure to help at home stems from her work to earn money, all of which she gives to her mother. The mother, who also serves at the stall, reportedly threatened to stop working if the girl does not help, and would scold her repeatedly.

Nungtee said he had discussed with the mother whether she was jealous of the daughter, which upset her and led her to say that if he wanted to care for the girl he should take her and sign a contract giving him full responsibility, demanding 40 million baht. He agreed but asked for a written agreement; the mother reportedly said she would accept the money and let him take the girl. Attempts to contact the mother afterward were unsuccessful.

Nong Fai Sai said her older brother had reached out after seeing a social media clip of the argument, expressing concern about the family situation. Online influencers have also posted criticism of the mother, generating many negative comments that could affect the girl’s mental well‑being.
