Mars Invests 7 Billion Baht in Thailand's First Pringles Factory
Mars has opened Thailand's first Pringles factory in Chachoengsao Province with a 7 billion baht investment, creating over 170 jobs and supplying snacks across Asia-Pacific markets.
Mars has invested more than 7 billion baht to launch Thailand's first Pringles manufacturing plant. The 73,800-square-meter facility is located in Nong Yai District, Chachoengsao Province, within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) special development zone.
Gabriel Fernandez, regional president for Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) at Mars Snacking, announced that the plant has created more than 170 direct jobs. Operations began in late 2025 following construction that started in October 2023. The facility currently ships Pringles products to India, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
The factory has emerged as a regional hub supporting Pringles' growth in the Asia-Pacific area. Nearly 50 percent of all factory procurement is now sourced from domestic suppliers within Thailand.
This represents another long-term commitment by Mars to Thailand, leveraging the country's strong infrastructure, skilled workforce, and strategic connectivity to regional markets. Thailand plays a crucial role in expanding Pringles across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region and delivering products to consumers throughout the area. Plans are in place to open a third production line in late 2026 to support the facility's ongoing role as a manufacturing hub for both regional and international markets.
