Professor Thongthong said he visited Nong Waeng Royal Monastery to meet the Khon Kaen Provincial Buddhist Committee and inquire about the situation, noting that local religious officials are overseeing the matter. His meeting with the governor was to express gratitude for the province's support and protection of the temple and Venerable Phra Kru Adulasat Nidet, the abbot. The professor emphasized that the request for security concerns protecting the temple grounds from any violent incidents. The land title transfer from Hiang to Wat Pa Adulyaram is in the hands of the Khon Kaen Land Office, where the governor will authorize and expedite the process according to Department of Lands regulations.

Professor Thongthong stated he and the National Buddhist Office will continue to monitor the temple's situation and work with the provincial Buddhist committee. He expressed no concern about the heir's reclaim, as these matters fall under the jurisdiction of the land office to handle through legal procedures.

TKS Technology reported stellar second-quarter results with net profit attributable to shareholders of 168.9 million baht, up 1,311% from the same period last year, and sales and service revenue of 415 million baht, up 26%. EGCO Group reported first-half 2025 results showing total revenue of 19.179 billion baht, operating profit of 1.016 billion baht, and net profit of 1.538 billion baht, reflecting the strength of its financial position and diversified investment portfolio.
