Pathum Thani Orders Fixes for Unauthorized Construction, Donated Goods Storage
Authorities in Nong Suea district, Pathum Thani, inspected two land plots and discovered unauthorized building extensions and large-scale storage of donated goods. The Bueng Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization has ordered landowners to obtain proper permits or modify structures to comply with regulations, warning that failure to act could lead to building suspension orders. As of the latest check, no enforcement notices had been posted at the sites.
Inspections at two land plots in Nong Suea found storage of donated items and construction exceeding permitted limits. The Bueng Kham Subdistrict Administrative Organization has been ordered to notify landowners to rectify the situation; failure to comply may result in building suspension orders. On November 4, news reporters received updates from Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani, regarding progress on inspections of construction sites in Moo 6, a land area of approximately 20 rai. Within the area, officials found dormitory buildings and storage of donated goods inside tents and buildings. Additionally, in Moo 7, known as the 'Star Observatory House' in Bueng Kham Subdistrict, Nong Suea, permits had been requested for residential buildings at both locations. However, after public reports, officials inspected and found structural additions beyond the original permit details, constituting construction beyond the permitted residential purpose, with no additional permits sought. Initially, the district coordinated with the Bueng Kham SAO, which oversees the area, to send a notice requiring landowners to apply for additional construction permits or notify changes to structural details to comply with regulations. If landowners fail to rectify or comply, legal measures will be considered, including orders prohibiting or suspending building use, similar to the previous case involving the Doing Good Foundation in Khlong 8, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani, where relevant agencies had previously posted suspension orders. As of 15:00, reporters inspected the Moo 6 and Moo 7 sites in Bueng Kham, Nong Suea, and found no documents or orders posted at either location.
