Phuket Governor Chotinrin Koetsoom signed and issued a provincial announcement on the appointment of an advisor to the Phuket Provincial Governor, designating Dr. Washin Rojn Thanakrik Kiatti as administrative advisor to the Phuket Provincial Governor.
According to the provincial announcement, following a royal decree, Chotinrin Koetsoom was appointed to the position of Phuket Provincial Governor effective June 26, 2026. To ensure efficient and orderly provincial administration in accordance with law and government regulations, the governor exercised authority under sections 54 and 57 of the State Administration Act, B.E. 2534, to appoint Dr. Washin Rojn Thanakrik Kiatti as administrative advisor to the Phuket Provincial Governor.
The appointee is authorized to provide advice and recommendations on operational approaches for matters deemed important and beneficial to provincial administration and implementation of provincial projects, to assist the governor in decision-making and orders. The appointment is effective immediately from the date of this announcement, signed by Governor Chotinrin Koetsoom on September 18, 2026.
