The Social Security Office is fully preparing to conduct elections for employer and insured-person representatives to the Social Security Committee, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This election is a crucial mechanism for stakeholders to participate in shaping policy and directing the office's operations. The office urges all eligible voters to participate and respect voting rules for the common good.

Voters must present identification such as a national ID card, driver's license, disability card, or digital credentials including ThaID, DLT, or electronic disability cards. Voters must write candidate numbers using Arabic numerals only, selecting no more than 7 candidates. To reject a candidate, mark an (X) in the "no preference" box. To prevent spoiled ballots, voters must avoid writing any messages or symbols other than Arabic numerals. After voting, voters must fold the ballot and place it in the ballot box themselves.

The Social Security Office emphasizes transparency and strictly enforces Regulation 44, which prohibits voters from bringing documents or campaign materials into polling booths. Voters concerned about remembering candidate numbers are advised to check the candidate list posted outside the polling location before entering. If voters must note candidate numbers, they must take care not to violate Regulation 44 of the Labor Ministry's voting procedures.
