Supalai has returned to the Pattaya condominium market with Supalai Sense Pattaya, a 1.034 billion baht project on over 5 rai featuring units of 31.5–65 square meters priced from 1.39 million baht. Located centrally just 250 meters from Sukhumvit Road with convenient access via three major routes, the development is surrounded by key facilities including Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, Terminal 21 Pattaya, Maris Witaya School, and Wong Amat Beach.

Rajai Piyavajanusan, Assistant Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that after over 10 years of continuous project development in Pattaya and the Eastern Region, the company has strong market understanding and believes now is the right time to return to condo development, particularly in the North Pattaya–Na Kluea zone. This area offers a peaceful, private atmosphere with superior quality of life while maintaining convenient connections to employment, lifestyle, and transportation hubs.

The new concept reflects changing buyer preferences: today's market seeks long-term living spaces rather than temporary accommodation, catering to modern buyers, young families, second-home seekers, and investors. Supalai Sense Pattaya comprises three residential buildings with 504 units total, delivered fully furnished and ready to occupy. The project offers units averaging just 52,000 baht per square meter, addressing both buyers seeking spacious rooms at affordable prices and investors seeking growth opportunities alongside Pattaya's development. Pre-sales will be held September 19–20, 2025.
