AP Thailand Launches Good Day More Bangmod Condo at 1.69 Million Baht

AP Thailand is expanding its condominium portfolio with the launch of Good Day More Bangmod, the second project under the Good Day brand located in the Bangmod-Prachauthit area. The project targets young buyers and investors seeking spacious units with complete amenities, with starting prices of 1.69 million baht.

Niyamaporn Totsongwanpan, Executive Vice President of Condominium Business at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, explained that Good Day More Bangmod is designed based on the real-life insights and lifestyles of the younger generation. The location in the Bangmod-Prachauthit area offers proximity to educational institutions, lifestyle venues, and employment hubs that support continuous housing demand.

"The project prioritizes delivering more through insights from real residential living, developing functional spaces, common areas, and value," said Niyamaporn.

The development consists of three low-rise buildings, each eight stories tall, containing a total of 731 units on approximately 6-3-19 rai of land. Unit sizes range from 26 to 38 square meters, offering one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus, and one-bedroom corner layouts designed for both residential living and investment purposes.

AP has given careful attention to proportional space allocation and practical functionality. The entry-level 26-square-meter units come furnished with 20 pieces from Index, starting at 1.69 million baht.

It is 900 meters from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and 450 meters from Thonburi Garden and Prachauthit Marketplace, with access to daily convenience shops and the Kaenjanaphibesek and Chaloem Mahanakorn expressways for easy travel to Rama III and Sathorn zones.

Good Day More Bangmod will begin VVIP sales on September 19-20 at the project sales office, with registered buyers receiving special discounts up to 300,000 baht.
