Thai Army Chief Visits South Korean Military Academy
Thailand's Army Chief visited South Korea's Military Academy on September 15 to explore enhanced cadet training methods and strengthen bilateral military education ties between the two nations.
On September 15, the Commander of the Royal Thai Army visited the Korea Military Academy, where he held discussions with KMA leadership on cadet education management, curriculum development tailored to future security challenges, and deepening cooperation between Thailand's Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy and the KMA. The commander and his delegation toured high-tech training facilities that employ simulation systems to enhance cadets' capabilities and experience at both individual and unit levels. These systems operate in all weather conditions and at any time, providing flexible training options. The delegation also met with four Thai cadets currently enrolled at the KMA before traveling to the Korean War Memorial, where they laid wreaths to honor Thai soldiers who died and served in combat during the Korean War.
