Thai Labor Ministry Seeks Updates on Workers Injured in Israel Blast

According to initial reports from the labor office in Tel Aviv, six Thai agricultural workers were injured when old unexploded ordnance detonated underground. Two workers sustained serious injuries and were hospitalized for surgery, while four others are safe. Amornvivat stated that the Labor Ministry places highest priority on the safety and welfare of Thai workers abroad. He ordered the Tel Aviv labor office to monitor the injured workers' condition, coordinate closely with hospitals and local authorities, and expedite checks on assistance entitlements and support measures for the workers and their families. Israeli police and explosive ordnance disposal teams are investigating the incident's circumstances and cause.
