The Permanent Secretary's office, together with deputy permanent secretaries and unit heads, distributed emergency relief bags containing rice, dried food, and essential supplies to affected military families and neighbouring residents to ease hardship and reduce daily disruption, prioritizing comprehensive care for all affected persons.
