The board reviewed and approved personnel appointments from Assistant Police Commissioner level down to Police Division Commander for the 2025 annual cycle. With 163 total vacancies this year—comprising 3 Deputy Police Commissioner positions, 6 Assistant Commissioner slots, 19 Region Commander roles, 41 Deputy Region Commander posts, and 94 Division Commander chairs—the board approved several key transfers and promotions. Notable appointments included Police Lieutenant General Aticha Pao-in, who moves from the Police Education Center Commander role to take over Region 3 Police Command. Police Major General Nopsilp Poolswatdi, a close aide from the same class as Police General Kittarat, shifted to become Metropolitan Police Deputy Commander. Police Major General Samran Nualma, designated as future Police Commissioner, transferred to become Central Region Police Commander. Police Lieutenant Colonel Vasant Techasackakasem, a cyber crime specialist and member of Kittarat's team, was promoted to Region 2 Police Commander.
