The Thai Sepak Takraw Association, in partnership with Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, has launched the Chang Presents "One Day with the National Team" program to inspire young sepak takraw athletes nationwide. The initiative, held at the Thai Sepak Takraw Foundation, opened with remarks from Dr. Sihasak Areejairachai, Secretary-General of the Thai Sepak Takraw Association, and Phrasorn Pitrang-si, Senior Manager of Thai Beverage's Sports Excellence Program. Both male and female national team athletes participated in sharing their experiences and conducting activities with aspiring young players.

This marks the first time the Thai Sepak Takraw Association has organized such a program, with the goal of inspiring youth and showing them the competitive pathway from grassroots to national level, especially as Thailand prepares for the 2026 Asian Games. Dr. Sihasak stated that the program aims to help young athletes learn from national team members' real experiences and use that knowledge to motivate their own development. "This is the first time we've held this program because we believe that for the 2026 Asian Games, we want to inspire young athletes to learn from our national team members, giving them clear goals and helping them pursue a career in sepak takraw," he said.

Thai Beverage's sponsorship of the program received overwhelming youth support, with all 200 available slots filling within just one week of registration opening. This reflects strong interest and commitment among young athletes eager to develop their skills and pursue their national team dreams. The association hopes that these 200 participants will gain experience, inspiration, and guidance for their development, potentially producing talented athletes who will become key contributors to Thailand's national sepak takraw team in the future. National team athlete Phutawan Soppha, part of the Asian Games preparation squad, expressed her joy at the opportunity to mentor younger players. "I'm delighted to share my experience and inspire the next generation today," she said. "This is an excellent program for building inspiration, developing skills, and I hope these young athletes will become the main force of Thailand's national sepak takraw team in the future."
