Members of parliament from the Pheu Thai Party are celebrating singer and guitarist Rattikant Amloy, known as Nene Royal, for reaching the finals of America's Got Talent 2026 while wearing the distinctive star-pattern silk fabric of Nong Bua Lamphu province. At a parliamentary session beginning at 9 a.m. on September 24, 2026, with House Speaker Sophon Saramul presiding, MP Rungpetch Srikanchana from Nong Bua Lamphu expressed admiration for Nene Royal, a Thai singer and guitarist who earned selection for the global finals of America's Got Talent 2026, bringing prestige and national pride to Thailand.
Srikanchana highlighted that beyond Nene Royal's talent, she has creatively adapted the star-pattern fabric—a signature textile of Nong Bua Lamphu—into stage attire for the world competition. He himself wore the same fabric to the parliamentary session. Srikanchana stated: "We must thank the Phurisai Thai Silk Club for bringing this star-pattern fabric from handlooms of Nong Bua Lamphu to the global stage. These threads represent faith and the wisdom of our heritage. Nene Royal is truly a national treasure."
