Toyota Delivers 17 Electric/Hybrid Vehicles to Fraser Property
Toyota delivered 17 electric and hybrid vehicles—10 Hilux Travo‑e EVs and 7 Yaris ATIV HEV hybrids—to Fraser Property Thailand to support its Net Zero Carbon target. The handover aligns with Fraser Property’s ESG plan to cut greenhouse‑gas emissions by 42% by 2030. The locally built vehicles include advanced battery protection and hybrid efficiency technologies.
Toyota handed over a total of 17 units to Fraser Property Thailand, comprising 10 Toyota Hilux Travo‑e battery‑electric pickups and 7 Toyota Yaris ATIV HEV hybrids, through a leasing arrangement with Akarne Capital. The move backs Fraser Property’s ESG strategy and its goal to become a Net Zero Carbon organization, aiming to cut greenhouse‑gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 42% by 2030 compared with a 2021 baseline. A key part of that plan is gradually replacing internal‑combustion company vehicles with alternative‑energy models to lower environmental impact and improve operational efficiency.
The Hilux Travo‑e is a 100% electric pickup built in Thailand with high local content, developed under Toyota’s MULTI‑PATHWAY approach. It features the DIAMOND GUARD system that protects the battery and electric drivetrain. The Yaris ATIV HEV combines hybrid technology to boost fuel efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and cut emissions, making it suitable for daily use and business operations while aligning with Fraser Property’s sustainability policy.
Toyota emphasizes that its vehicles also deliver long‑term value through quality, durability and reliability (QDR), backed by a nationwide service network that gives customers confidence in ownership and maintenance throughout the vehicle’s life.
