Toyota, Lexus Offer 30% Discount on Flood-Damaged Vehicle Repairs
Toyota and Lexus dealers across Thailand are offering 30% discounts on flood-damaged vehicle repairs through December 2026, with additional savings on select parts and services to help residents affected by flooding.
Toyota Motor Thailand and its Toyota and Lexus dealers nationwide expressed solidarity with flood-affected residents and are offering special discounts and services from today through December 31, 2026. The company emphasizes the importance of safety and has rolled out support measures to ease the financial burden of vehicle maintenance.
Special discount offers include: 30% off general repair parts and chemicals (excluding routine maintenance items such as scheduled checks, oil changes, and standard replacement parts; tires; decorative accessories; hybrid and 12-volt batteries; and specialty products like Air Care, engine degreaser, fuel injector cleaner, and engine bay wash); 30% off body and paint repair work for self-pay customers and insurance claimants (covering only costs not covered by insurance); and 50% off floor mats and sound-dampening carpets for eligible part numbers.
Toyota also provided preliminary guidance for flood situations. Before flooding occurs, customers should move vehicles to high and safe ground and disconnect the 12-volt battery. If a vehicle is affected by flooding, customers should contact their insurance company immediately, assess damage levels (ranging from water reaching the floor to complete submersion), and document the damage with photographs or video both inside and outside the vehicle to support insurance claims.
