Toyota Motor Thailand has launched the 'Toyota Trusted Journey' programme to assist customers whose vehicles have been affected by flooding. The initiative provides step‑by‑step guidance: first, owners are advised to inspect their cars themselves within 24‑48 hours after submersion, using instructions shared via the LINE Official account @ToyotaThailand and the Facebook page Toyota Motor Thailand, or through attached documents; a 24‑hour Contact Center at 1486 offers technical advice and coordinates emergency breakdown or towing services. Next, customers can bring their vehicles to any Toyota service center nationwide for a free inspection. For those needing repairs, the programme helps with insurance claims by coordinating documentation and processing with insurers, and provides financial relief including up to 50 % discounts on participating parts, up to 30 % on participating chemicals, and 0 % interest installment plans for up to 10 months when paying with participating credit cards. Additionally, Toyota Leasing offers special cash‑flow support through the Sabuy Cash and Sabuy Jai refinancing programmes, allowing loans up to 100 % of the vehicle’s value. The overall goal is to stand beside every customer from the driveway back to the road.
