TTB Bank has introduced a relief programme called 'Tang Luk' to reduce financial burdens for flood victims in Bangkok and surrounding areas. The bank is offering assistance to individuals, business owners, and SMEs facing hardship from flooding by providing loan deferrals, increased liquidity, and support to help them recover and rebuild their financial stability.

The 'Tang Luk' programme covers all customer groups with the following measures:

Home Loan Customers: Can defer principal payments for 3 months (interest-only) or request additional borrowing to repair homes using cash advance cards or home equity loans at 0% interest for the first 2 months. For longer-term repayment, the rate is MRR+0.77% per annum (currently 7.875% per annum as of March 2, 2025). Customers with fire insurance covering their residence and affected by flooding can also file insurance claims through their insurance provider.

Auto Loan and Auto-to-Cash Customers: Can defer instalments for up to 3 months.

Personal Loan and Credit Card Customers: Can defer debt for 3 billing cycles with standard interest charges applied.

Business and SME Customers: Long-term loans receive consideration for principal-free repayment for up to 6 months. Revolving credit can be extended for up to 6 months. Business lease-to-own financing can be extended or have instalment amounts reduced by up to 70% for 6 months.

Affected customers can register for the 'Tang Luk' programme at https://www.ttbbank.com/tang-luk from today until December 31, 2025. Business and SME customers can also contact their business relationship officers or TTB business service centres directly.

TTB Bank extends its sympathy to all those affected by the flooding and stands ready to support customers in overcoming this situation to rebuild their financial health.
