Macau Tourism teamed up with the popular Thai stir‑fry restaurant EASY! buddy to create the ‘Taste of Macao’ promotion. The campaign highlights Macau’s distinctive ‘Wok Hei’ stir‑fry technique and its UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy status, blending Cantonese and Portuguese influences that have shaped Macanese cuisine for over 400 years. Chef Buddy Tomthanut Hoyodom of EASY! buddy designed three contemporary dishes that are easy for Thai diners to enjoy:

1. Minji Macau with Sunny‑Side‑Up Duck Egg – a take on the classic basil pork stir‑fry, swapping chili and holy basil for bell pepper and diced potato, finished with Wok Hei aromatics and a rich duck‑egg yolk, priced at 179 baht. 2. Macau‑Style Soft‑Scrambled Egg with Shrimp – fluffy scrambled eggs with succulent shrimp, a splash of chili oil, priced at 219 baht. 3. Macau‑Style Pork Chop Fried Rice with Sunny‑Side‑Up Duck Egg – fragrant wok‑fried rice paired with a large, crispy‑outside juicy‑inside pork chop and duck egg, priced at 199 baht.

All three dishes are available at every EASY! buddy branch until November 7, 2026. Ordering any of them grants a special 1,000‑baht discount from Traveloka for flights or accommodation in Macau, plus a chance to win one of ten round‑trip Bangkok‑Macau flight tickets, with winners announced on November 15.
