Channel 7HD Launches CH7ON Digital Streaming Platform

Channel 7HD has officially launched CH7ON, a new digital application under the "Always On" concept available anytime and anywhere, designed to enhance the user experience across all lifestyles. Developed by Channel 7HD and BBTV New Media Company, the platform builds on Bugaboo.TV, Thailand's first television streaming service, to create a unified hub for entertainment, news, sports, variety, and comprehensive learning content that fully addresses modern digital lifestyle needs. The launch at Channel 7HD Studio 1 featured strong participation from media partners and distinguished guests.

Managing Director Patthana Nu-pan presented the CH7ON platform's development vision, connecting the station's strengths to digital-age viewing behavior while welcoming partner collaboration on diverse content. He stated: "Over nearly 60 years, Channel 7HD has grown strong through audience trust. As we enter our sixth decade, we are ready to take another step by consolidating all our online channels into one unified platform under the new name CH7ON."

Nu-pan highlighted three major national-level partnerships: Chulalongkorn University to bring knowledge and life wisdom to mobile devices; T&B Media Global (Thailand) Company Limited to expand intellectual property and create world-class animation from Thai youth ideas; and Varix Sport Public Company Limited to establish a Siam Square studio providing hands-on practice space. These collaborations unite efforts to connect people and make CH7ON a new space in your hands ready to deliver every joy, inspiration, and important life milestone.

The event featured remarks from education partner Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wilearts Phuriwatch, Rector of Chulalongkorn University, and entertainment content partner Dr. Nuttawat Ariyavrarom, Chairman and Founder of T&B Media Global (Thailand) Company Limited, followed by Wisalyou Wanasuksrisuk, CEO of Varix Sport Public Company Limited, and Chakraphan Leemassawat, Managing Director of BBTV New Media Company, who demonstrated CH7ON's user experience through innovative features including Multi-Channel Live Streaming, Customize Home for personalized homepages, and ON Shorts vertical series with subtitles—functions designed for convenient, quick, and continuous content viewing.
